Yeah, getting a flat and not having a spare is a mistake you'll only make once!  I don't have one, but just wanted to say we all missed you at the FCT!

Thanks Tom,

I was really looking forward to this years FCT but circumstances would not allow me to join in on the fun.

I may just have to buy a new mount. I want to get my Jeep ready for the BHR next year. Oilly may have a few narrow trails in mind and I want to be prepared.

Hope your doing well..........

George

Jpet sent me the pdf file a couple of days ago.

Already cut the square tubing and ready to tack weld to see how it all fits together. I need a spare tire mount and I guess I'll have to get a generic one from Keiser or Walks.

I'll have to post some pictures once I get started. First I'll need to get a refill of my shield gas. Been using the same large bottle for 5 years!

Good to hear from you.........

Good, I was going to give you the skinny talk for the upcoming trails next summer. 62 inches or less in width!  Wink Oilly

Hey Oilly,

Yes I am looking forward to some narrow trails. I ordered a spare tire mount from Ron Fitzpatrick and it should be here tomorrow. I can then start welding up the pcs. to make sure everything fits. JPET sent me the pdf file of his frame concept. (Thanks again Jeff)

I have never been to SD so Lynn and I are really looking forward to seeing some new territory this next year.

Anxious to see your plans and trails for next year but I know that this is probably not the best time of year to go exploring. We'll just have to wait and see.
