You might try John Bizal at Midwest Military. I think he has some connection with New Life..at least he knew the people that ran it a couple years ago..

I have considered that, I know when I got some seat pans they were provided by Midwest through New Life. I own my own business and customer contact is just behind doing quality work.

I contacted John today and he does not have a business relationship with New Life due to no customer service on their part so everyone please be aware of this. I am going another route now.

Here is an update. I tried on 11-14-16 to contact New Life through e-mail. I have contacted the Minnesota Attorney General through a request for assistance inquiry, they have forwarded it to the Manager of Consumer Services Division. I was aslo advised to contact the Florida Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission. I have recontacted New Life to let her know where I am going with this and hopefully we can conclude our agreement. Not a fun thing for me.

Well, this suck. I hope you will be able to get an happy ending with it.

I have now some concern because their website is using Jonathan Eugene 3A as reference.
http://www.newlifecanvas.com/cj3a.html

I did bought seat cover from them 4 years ago without any problem. At that time I was dealing with Mona Roth and Diane at a different email address then now. It was newlifecanvas@yahoo.com

I saw on their facebook page some feedback. Look like it took 5 months and more to get their stuff...Scary.

I think this is a one person business and are overloaded by order.

Mona is married and name is now Kennerly. I got seat cushions a few years ago and other small things no problem. This started in April so push has come to shove.

Sorry to hear this Steve. I bought two tops from her before she slid down to not careing anymore. Sad. She should close up. I think a warning should be posted so others don't fall into this pit. I keep reading these reports over and over. Time to end it. John

Uh not yet as she has a deposit and 2 door frames I sent. Going to lay off for the holidays but will force something in January.

A small progress report and without getting into details. A new color type of canvas had to be selected which I have approved. Am supposed to be getting a final going over of things and then cutting/sewing although I have asked what is going on as it has been a little over 2 weeks soooo we are doing baby steps.
